Description
This map covers a wide area between Český Krumlov in the east, the Austrian Rohrbach in the south, Kvilda in the west, and Volyně or Vodňany in the north. Its main part depicts the southeastern half of Šumava between Vyšší Brod and the source of the Vltava River. This is a very popular tourist area in our homeland, whether it concerns the surroundings of the Lipno Reservoir, Stožec and Nové Údolí, the area of Plechý and Třístoličník with the Czech-Austrian-German tripoint, Boubín Forest, Zadov, and many others.
