Vzpoura - Úsvit nového věku pro všechny Eviny dcery – Armstrong Sally (2015)

It's time to change the status of women around the world! To stop discrimination and violence against women, including rape in conflict zones. This is the primary focus of Sally Armstrong in her latest book. Despite the depiction of horrifying phenomena, her narrative is optimistic. The heroines of the stories are women who, regardless of established customs, managed to claim some of the most basic human rights, women who found the strength to rise up and break free from the shackles of traditional oppression and achieve the emancipation they deserve. And this is true not only in the battlefields but also in peaceful countryside, university campuses, and kitchens, in America as well as in Asia and Africa.
