Description
Publicist Jan Jelínek collected testimonies from men and women who returned from the 'hell' of concentration camps years ago. A significant portion of these he has now decided to publish. Most names are unknown to us, but there are mentions of personalities such as Miloš Kopecký and Arnošt Lustig. A part of this painful legacy is also the open testimony of playwright Milan Uhde, whose parents survived, but the circumstances under which this happened marked the entire family for decades to come.
