Description
Freud's Couch is a collection of short stories and novellas that focus on relationships within families, partnerships, and society. The characters in these stories live ordinary lives, dealing with common problems and concerns. Some of them are continuations of previously published short prose (Unfaithful and Other Stories, As Days Go By). Kamila Holásková is a Czech writer and university teacher. Since 1988, she has been teaching psychological disciplines at the University of Olomouc. The short prose she has been writing since childhood focuses on the ordinary person who experiences difficult situations and does not always make decisions that do not harm themselves and others.
