Description
Germany 1938. Everything suggests that a storm is approaching. But young Belle Lombard is not interested in politics. Her ambitious plans only involve film studios in Berlin and a man she considers the man of her dreams. Just like her mother Felicia, who, as a successful businesswoman, always selfishly and ruthlessly defended only her own interests, even against her own feelings. But social chaos does not spare the extended families of these two women either. Blind faith, adaptation, resistance, or indifference and a harsh will to survive mark the people who are drifting apart from each other. They remain divided until the bitter end.
