Language level A1/A2 - A2/B1/B2 The first Czech textbook of Serbian for self-learners provides a complete overview of Serbian grammar, a rich vocabulary of approximately 3000 words, and the most common phrases and expressions. It systematically highlights words that sound the same but have different meanings, where mistakes are often made. The texts in the textbook are current and focused on both everyday communication and Serbian realities. From the eighth lesson, Latin and Cyrillic scripts alternate, while the Key and Dictionary are written entirely in Latin for better clarity. Emphasis is placed on: - mastering the basic structure of Serbian - understanding the differences between Serbian and Czech - acquiring the skill to actively use Serbian in everyday life - gaining the ability to understand spoken and written discourse. The Serbian textbook is intended for both traditional teaching under the guidance of a teacher and for independent study. The publication includes a brochure with a key containing solutions to exercises and a Serbian-Czech dictionary. It is complemented by an approximately three-hour audio recording in MP3 format narrated by native speakers, which is available for download at www.leda.cz.
