Velký anglicko-český a česko-anglický slovník – Fronek Josef (2007)

The largest single-volume bilingual English-Czech and Czech-English dictionary in the history of our English lexicography is based on entirely contemporary and continuously updated English and Czech language material. Great emphasis is placed on the processing of phrases and idioms, on the precise definition of word meanings using carefully chosen contextual characteristics, and on the broadest possible use of specific examples, for which the dictionary always offers an explicit translation. In both parts, the user will find more than 120,000 entries and sub-entries, over 200,000 words and phrases, and around 400,000 equivalents.
