The manual contains 18 chapters covering all the basic thematic areas of everyday interaction with foreigners, whether tourist, social, or business. You can learn approximately 3000 sentences and sentence segments and 5000 words and phrases from it. The manual is intended as a supplementary material for language teaching, but you will also use it for immediate preparation for meetings with foreigners and during your stay abroad. Only a basic knowledge of grammar is assumed, a brief overview of which, along with a pronunciation guide, can be found in the introductory part of the manual. You can work with the publication either completely systematically or choose a topic based on immediate needs. The colorful graphic design facilitates working with the book, and an index at the end allows for easy searching. The manual includes two audio CDs with recordings of the most important expressions, sentences, and dialogues. The textbook is intended for students in courses and schools, but also for self-learners.
