Description
This is a Czech language textbook for French-speaking foreigners who want to study or work in the Czech Republic. The author draws from her own teaching experience in France. Her aim is to provide those interested in Czech with the knowledge necessary to communicate in a Czech environment and to further improve their skills. In 36 lessons, the author proceeds slowly and with understanding, even for less motivated students. Those who are only interested in acquiring the most basic knowledge can stop halfway through the textbook, while more capable individuals will reach the end. The material in the textbook is structured so that it progresses from basic to detailed. The textbook includes a list of verbs used, their conjugation, an answer key to exercises, and a vocabulary list with expressions that appear in the textbook. A CD with recordings of selected exercises will be included.
