The guide is divided into two separately conceived parts that thoroughly address the areas of correspondence and telephone communication. Along with the higher demands of language expression compared to the previously published work Handelskontakte, more complex grammatical structures are also practiced here. The appendix to the correspondence section includes a section dealing with the building blocks of correspondence; the telephone conversations section is accompanied by a CD with recordings of dialogical texts and selected exercises. A comprehensive German-Czech and Czech-German dictionary includes the vocabulary from both parts.
