Čínsko-český, česko-čínský slovník – Vochala Jaromír (2003)

The dictionary contains about 14,000 Chinese entries in the Chinese-Czech section and approximately the same number of Czech entries in the Czech-Chinese section. The Chinese characters are presented in a standardized simplified form, and each Chinese entry in the Chinese-Czech section and each Chinese equivalent in the Czech-Chinese section includes pronunciation (using the pinyin romanization system). In the dictionary, users will find an updated vocabulary of contemporary Chinese and a wide range of examples for individual meanings. An important component of the dictionary is the index of characters organized by radicals. The Czech-Chinese section, aimed primarily at Chinese users, includes paradigmatic tables for Chinese, and each Czech entry is accompanied by grammatical information. The dictionary is intended for Czechs who are getting acquainted with modern Chinese, as well as for Chinese individuals learning Czech and wanting to navigate the Czech environment.
