Description
The textbook, subtitled The Beginnings of Human Society, The Earliest Civilizations – Antiquity, is primarily intended for 6th-grade students. It is based on the Framework Educational Program for Basic Education - Annexes regulating the education of students with mild intellectual disabilities. The curriculum is designed to meet the expected outcomes in the form of student competencies: to have an understanding of the differences between the lifestyles of prehistoric and contemporary people, to be able to describe prehistoric animals, their hunting methods, weapons, and the objects they used, to comprehend the significance of history, to describe life in the era of the earliest civilizations, and to know the connections between natural conditions and the development of ancient states.
