This Czech-language workbook focuses on the syntax of the simple sentence, a subject generally taught in the second stage of primary school. The exercises assume some knowledge of syntactic terminology, but unlike the previous workbooks, this volume also provides explanations and guidance designed to give pupils a systematic understanding of this abstract subject. It can be used independently, although combining it with the publisher’s Czech-language textbook series for the second stage of primary school is recommended. An alternative is the iPad version, while the Zatracená čeština test package is available free of charge on the App Store.
