Description
This Czech-language book presents Ho’oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian ritual of release and forgiveness whose name means “to improve, cleanse and correct a mistake.” Its central idea is taking full responsibility for everything that happens around and within us, recognising that our thoughts create our reality. The method involves cleansing ourselves and our subconscious of negativity so that we can see changes in others. When we take care of our own difficulties, those of others can also fade away. The most important part of the ritual consists of four sentences said to change the world: “I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.”
