Citizens are under constant surveillance of goodness, yet rebellious hearts beat within some of them, and with the power of the powerless, they pursue dreams that both women and men have longed for since time immemorial. Allegedly non-existent Outcasts are preparing a return to meaningful existence with the help of Chihuahuas... After a while, you won't notice that the story takes place in the future – such are the situations and absurdities of the present. However, the book brings hope and purifying laughter into the feelings of futility regarding the state of the world.
