Description
This Czech-language paperback brings together texts presenting the author’s philosophical work, inspired by phenomenological philosophy, particularly Patočka, Lévinas and Barbaras, as well as Plato’s dialogues. The texts address key questions in the philosophy of mathematics, especially its foundations, in the light of phenomenological investigations into existence, perception and understanding. The book offers an original examination of the areas where mathematics and philosophy meet or overlap, with an emphasis on the embodiment of thought, the experience of transcendence, form and face, freedom, responsibility and trust. The contents are in Czech.
