Description
The recently beatified "God's IT guy," as he is also nicknamed, won the hearts of people around the world in just a few years. A great comic by French authors brings us closer to his story. Carlo Acutis (1991–2006) grew up in Milan, lived a completely normal life, had many interests like his peers, but showed a rather unusual "drive to score" when it came to faith in Christ and living according to the Gospel. His non-violent testimony attracted many people to God, starting with his parents, but also a number of classmates and friends, even a few Hindus. He was only fifteen when he suddenly died of acute leukemia. He is buried in Assisi, where he used to go on vacation. It seems that he is not idle in heaven; on the contrary, he has a much broader field of activity: almost daily, the family receives testimonies of miraculous healings or conversions through his intercession.
