The guiding motif of this book is — just like in my previous one titled Home Self-Sufficiency — simplicity. I present all the instructions in the simplest way possible and select recipes for you that are easy to prepare. I know that what is laborious and complicated we will make once, but next time we won't feel like it. However, even with minimal effort and time, we can prepare a well-equipped home pharmacy.
