The book "Talking about Chamois" is already the twenty-sixth published work by the author of nature prose. Ota Bouzek, along with a few friends, decided to publish stories about chamois mainly because they managed to save the chamois in the Jeseníky Mountains, but also because this year marks exactly one hundred years of breeding this beautiful wildlife that lives in our mountains. In the stories, the author describes not only his warm relationship with the Bílý Potok forest, the wildlife, and the people, but also with the chamois, leading readers masterfully into the rocks and habitats to meet this rare and beautiful animal. In his own way, he also addresses the problems of contemporary Czech hunting by comparing the past with the present.
