The book follows the adventurous publication Stories of the Old Lady, which described in a reportorial style the first hundred years of the world's most famous cycling race, which took place until 2013. This time, the author focuses in detail on the last decade of the Tour de France, as he experienced it firsthand as a reporter in France. At the same time, the book offers a look at the key events of the other two largest cycling races, the Giro d'Italia and the Vuelta a España, thereby creating a vivid picture of cycling events during these three-week races throughout this period. The book includes the life stories of the greatest stars of the Tour de France as well as unique personal testimonies from all Czech cyclists who participated in the Tour from 2014 to 2023, led by Roman Kreuziger, Leopold König, and Zdeněk Štybar. The book is accompanied by rich photographic material as well as results and statistical service.
