Mariana Leky was born into a family of psychologists, which is reflected throughout her work. This experience is also present in the author's columns, which were published for three years in the German magazine Psychologie Heute (Psychology Today). In them, Leky talks about the worries of everyday life: illness, anxiety, insomnia, stress, failure, compulsive behavior, and even love. She approaches various topics with kind humor while also treating them with respect.
