Description
The new edition of natural science for the 5th grade with the current endorsement from the Ministry of Education. It develops students' knowledge about the diversity of natural conditions on Earth, about plants and animals of individual climatic zones. It more clearly addresses the relationship between humans and nature (the mutual influence and impact of humans on nature) and teaches students to perceive human interventions in the surrounding landscape, to ask themselves questions about the environment they want to live in, and what they can do for it. It also focuses more closely on human biology. The textbook offers an expanded range of non-verbal materials (illustrations, photographs, maps, or summaries). This textbook is supplemented by two blocks of worksheets: worksheets on the Diversity of Nature and worksheets on Humans and Their Health.
