Description
This Czech-language workbook for second-grade primary-school social studies is closely linked to the accompanying textbook, with each chapter indicating which textbook sections it follows. It contains a large number of exercises for practising the material, along with activities that encourage pupils to find additional information and strengthen graphomotor skills through drawing and cutting out. Pupils work not only with colourful illustrated pictures but also with photographs depicting reality. Since the workbook focuses on the basic social-studies curriculum defined by the Czech Framework Educational Programme in the area of People and Their World, it can be used on its own or alongside other social-studies textbooks.
