Description
The textbook is the second part of a comprehensive new series of textbooks for teaching the Czech language in the upper grades of elementary schools and possibly in lower grades of multi-year gymnasiums. Its concept and structure remain a traditional classical textbook, drawing from the tradition of Czech schools. However, it fully meets the requirements of the framework educational programs for basic education. It distinguishes between basic content, expanding content, and tasks for language enthusiasts. After each chapter, students have the opportunity to test their knowledge and skills. The textbook is accompanied by a workbook, and during the autumn, it will be supplemented by a methodological guide for teachers. Both the textbook and the workbook have the approval of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The series of Czech language textbooks for the upper grades of elementary schools continues from a similar set of new titles for the lower grades.
