Description
The author considers dialogue as a means of rational communication between people, leading to mutual understanding and the maintenance of good relationships both among individuals and between groups or nations. In reflections on dialogue, we gradually penetrate the surroundings or background of the phenomenon. It is formed by evil and violence and its opposite desire for good, justice, and love. This is the main subject of European philosophical thought, which is associated with the search for the relationship between the individual and society. To penetrate the understanding of what dialogue brings and when dialogue is real and truthful and multiplies the value of life is not simple. Reflections on dialogue would never lead to a conclusion if the author did not defend a certain stance. Therefore, he speaks of dialogue in a spirit that escapes the postmodern path of vague narratives and presents his reservations against relativistic views.
