The textbook you know has been partially revised to meet current educational requirements, and the second edition now carries the approval clause from the Ministry of Education for teaching according to the Framework Educational Program. The new version retains the entire concept, content, and most tasks, so it will not jeopardize your preparations from previous years. However, some older texts that are less appealing to today's children have been replaced with more engaging stories. The textbook is designed as a working tool – the explanations naturally intertwine with creative tasks and practice sections, allowing children to have everything together, easily navigate, and work directly with all components. Therefore, the textbook does not require a supplementary workbook, and for better usability, it is divided into two thinner volumes. The explanations and practice are presented on topics that either teach children new things from other areas or lead them to think and discover new facts (summer then and now, a baby in the family). The textbook is clearly graphically organized and illustrated with many images. Communication education in written expression is also not neglected; children are practically introduced to various literary and communication methods to understand their necessity in everyday life (description, work process, explanation, ...)
