The fates of families living in the Osoblaha enclave, whose daily commutes to work in the towns and places to the east are a typical characteristic of the residents who live here. Nevertheless, they form the foundation of the families that work and experience their destinies here. The Zamazal family, the Jander family from Osoblaha, the Řeháček family, or the Rannsdorfs from nearby Krnov, all of them set sometimes a delightful, sometimes a harsh tone for their shared existence. The area attracts romantic wanderers, both technically and economically minded. They are drawn by the undiscovered ability to blossom into a region with apple orchards, bull production for export, fertile fields, and employment in livestock and poultry farms with white curtains. At the same time, the wanderer realizes that such an area will always be a source of labor for the nearby towns, where there are centers of science and culture, industry and schools, and where people will commute for work, knowledge, entertainment, and culture. Always. No one will turn up their nose at the 'outskirts' because there will be plenty of opportunities for the kind of life you choose. Fate has brought residents of various education levels, ethnicities, and reasons to the Osoblaha enclave, and they live here, weaving their destinies together, just like in other parts of the republic. This is what the story of this book is about.
