Description
An intimate romance of one seemingly simple summer brings together the fragile yet unabashedly sentimental boy Giovanni and the innocently charming girl June, who brings much-needed light and hope into the life of the atypical nineteen-year-old dreamer. Two wandering souls timidly navigate their initial shyness and gradually find pleasure in mutual feelings they have never known, encountered, or tasted in their lives before. Young, beautiful, and in love, they eagerly rush daily into nature, to remote hills and meadows, where they long to finally discover all the pleasures of life. However, this youthful spiritual exploration, filled with curiosity, understandably cannot avoid gloomy obstacles and traps, which Giovanni and June may not have to face alone for the first time, as they go together.
