Finding her way to an older man is not easy for Anna, yet despite all the difficulties, she tries to win his affection. However, as the months pass, she loses her illusions about a happy life, and when the Black Death appears, they completely dissolve. She often flees from Hynek's closeness, and one such horseback ride becomes fateful for her. Her life turns upside down. Will Anna find what she longs for because of this, or will she experience even greater disappointment?
