This Czech-language physics textbook is part of a comprehensive series prepared according to the Framework Education Programme for primary education and intended for pupils with special educational needs, specifically pupils with mild intellectual disabilities. The materials can be used in any year of the second stage of primary school in accordance with the relevant school and individual education programmes. Part 1 of Physics 7 covers measuring quantities, including length, volume, mass and time; the motion of bodies, including uniform motion and distance; and forces, including how force acts, measuring force, gravitational force, frictional force and pressure force. The lessons are connected with everyday practice and supported by clear illustrations by Miroslava Jakešová. Each chapter is followed by practical examples and exercises. The textbook also carries the Ministry of Education approval for inclusion in the list of textbooks for primary education in the subject of physics, under the provision concerning pupils with mild intellectual disabilities, valid for six years from 19 December 2014.
