The publication The Visually Impaired Child provides a comprehensive view of care for severely visually impaired individuals, comparing, for example, special educational approaches in different countries, mentioning the differences between medical and special educational diagnostics, and describing specific activities and their content. The manual also includes a current directory of schools and facilities that provide care for children with visual impairments. It is intended for educational professionals and parents.
