Description
A story of a legendary past that may become our future. The story begins in the present and describes the current post-election mood. However, the main character, Markéta Nováková, a recent medical graduate, mysteriously falls into the past. Into the lives of ancient Egyptians. Actually... they are not Egyptians. In the following chapters, the author describes in her unique way the function of pyramids, the life of extinct civilizations, and the biblical flood. Can humanity cope with the impending destructive apocalypse? Markéta discovers that the distant past is not so different from today's civilized world. She realizes that everything has happened before, and who knows if history will not repeat itself. Will she return to her time? And does she even want to return?
