The textbook is part of a revised series of mathematics textbooks. The updated edition better aligns with the RVP, contains more current data, and is more attractive to students due to its new graphic design. The revised textbooks maintain the concept of the original series, which has been updated (changes in payment for purchases, price levels, etc.). A number of new tasks have been included that demonstrate the importance of mathematical knowledge for life and encourage students to complete various tasks and seek information. Non-standard application tasks and problems have been strengthened (e.g., development of geometric imagination, combinatorial tasks). Many tasks lead to reflection on issues related to the environment (e.g., energy-saving bulbs, smoking). The most changes are in the graphic design. The textbook is colorful, featuring photographs of real objects and situations, as well as humorous and motivating colorful illustrations. The revised edition of the textbook is graphically marked with a yellow broken stripe in the lower left corner of the cover image.
