Description
The new 7th edition of the textbook is supplemented with an electronic addition (ED), which is an integral part of the textbook, and the data it contains can be downloaded from the website prometheus-data.cz. The addition includes various electronic learning materials, such as a standalone computer application called Test Tasks, which contains 40 tasks of varying difficulty. The tasks can be arranged in different ways into a test file. After solving it, the user is informed of the overall result and success rate. The electronic addition also contains laboratory and theoretical exercises, significant figures in the history of optics, a glossary of physical terms, video recordings of experiments, and animations from the subject of optics. At the end, links to suitable websites are provided. Owners of the textbook can download the electronic addition only from prometheus-data.cz.
