Description
The interpretation is aligned with the individual seasons. From autumn to summer, it appropriately creates knowledge about our nature based on the experiences of students gained through their own observation of natural phenomena. Clearly, with the help of many guiding questions, children acquire knowledge about processes in nature, the connections between living and non-living nature, and the necessary responsibility of humans for the environment and its protection. In accordance with the new curriculum for this subject, the textbook also addresses the position of humans in nature, their uniqueness, and skills (simple technical inventions, energy utilization). Emphasis is placed on the question of human impact on natural communities. The text includes many prompts for personal observation, thematic excursions, questions for reflection, and further discussion.
