Description
400 basic terms from grammar, spelling, stylistics, and word formation within the curriculum of the Czech language for the 2nd stage of primary school. The explanations of the content of the terms are processed in the form of interpretations and definitions supplemented with clearly understandable examples. Only Czech terminology is used in the explanatory parts, although in some cases their Latin nomenclature is also provided. In case of inconsistency in the currently used terminology (especially in textbooks), the user is alerted with the variant of the term. The interpretation of the entries was consulted with linguist-methodologist Doc. PhDr. J. Hubáček. The publication is primarily intended for students of the 2nd stage of primary schools and students of lower grades of multi-year gymnasiums. It aims to assist in reviewing the material and serve as a tool in preparation for various examination situations, including entrance exams.
