Description
The new collection of sermons by Professor Jan Heller from the Evangelical Theological Faculty of Charles University, a religion scholar, biblical scholar, and evangelical preacher, follows the formal style of his first, very successful collection of sermons titled "How to Plow with the Devil" (Kalich, 2005). However, it differs from it in its concept and scope. "Path in the Rocks" is a classic Lenten collection, containing over sixty sermons divided according to the church year, from Advent through Christmas, Easter, Pentecost, to the period after Trinity Sunday. It also includes eight occasional speeches (at baptisms, weddings, funerals, church anniversaries, etc.) and the author's postscript on how he preached.
