Venuša zo zátoky – Dán Dominik (2018)

The laid-back holiday atmosphere of summer 2009 is shattered by a horrifying discovery of a girl's headless and armless body. The torso floats in a branch of the river near the boatyard, and young athletes experience a real shock during their training. Two days later, at the opposite end of the city, a severed head is found in a river bay. The case begins to become unpleasant and, above all, unpredictable. The extremely hot summer complicates the investigation not only for snow and rain lovers like Detective Richard Krauz but also for his more resilient colleagues. Besides the dismembered girl, other tragic events will impact the lives of the homicide department in Our City. For the first time since the establishment of a separate department specializing in the most serious crimes, we will experience a tragedy within the ranks of the detectives. Since that memorable summer of 2009, the murder squad will never be complete again, but no superior officer will allow them any relief. Reality can be cruel at times; losses are expected on every battlefield, but the fight must be brought to a successful conclusion, no matter how fate may twist.
