Description
This travel book in Slovak tells the story of actress and singer Dorota Nvotová, who sets out on journeys to discover and change herself and, to some extent, the world. It begins with her failing marriage and her decision to trek alone through the Himalayas. She eventually travels with her husband through Sri Lanka, Mauritius, South America and India, before falling in love with another man and leaving for Nepal alone. There, an advertisement leads her to an orphanage where she begins to help. She later establishes a Nepalese travel agency and divides her life between Slovakia and Nepal, working as an artist in Europe and managing an orphanage and organising trips in Nepal.
