The narrator of the story arrives at a summer camp run by quirky and somewhat carefree counselors. He doesn't want to connect with his peers at the camp. He would much rather be home alone than in the wilderness in the middle of the forest. Besides him, there is another outsider, Jörg, who, however, has the annoying Mark on his tail. Mark doesn't give him a moment's peace, constantly mocking and humiliating him. Although the narrator realizes he should stand up for Jörg, he cannot face his own fear – he doesn't want to become the same kind of victim. Therefore, at first, he can only watch helplessly as Mark bullies Jörg. When the situation worsens, a wolf appears to him in a dream. Is it just an innocent nightmare, or does this apparition mean something more? Will he ultimately stand up to injustice?
