Description
A lovely story about a friendship that overcomes all obstacles and differences. Mimi lives carefreely on a farm with other rabbits, and since she has been with them forever, she has no idea that she is not a rabbit but a guinea pig. Although she is the only one who can whistle loudly, she enjoys doing the usual things like the other rabbits – chasing around the meadow, twitching her ears... She is happy. One day, a new rabbit named Oskar arrives at the farm. He holds up a mirror to her and reveals the truth: Mimi is just a guinea pig, and rabbits don’t befriend guinea pigs! Mimi feels sadness and anger, so she runs away to the nearest forest. Why didn’t anyone tell her?! Can they really no longer play together? And will she eventually manage to return to the farm, which is still her home? For children aged 4 and up. Translated from the original German by Zuzana Dodoková.
