Description
It's the year 1895, and Sherlock Holmes is collaborating with a Supreme Court judge whose quirky daughter has vanished without a trace. Holmes and Watson get to work and begin their investigation. They discover that the missing woman – Hannah Woolfson – has taken it upon herself to investigate the disappearance of her friend Sophie. Sophie has joined a group known as the Elysianes. This is a quasi-religious sect obsessed with ancient Greek myths and rituals, led by the seemingly charismatic Sir Philip Buchanan. Hannah suspects that horrific practices are taking place within this sect that could have cost her friend Sophie her life. Therefore, she decides to join the group under a false name to find out what is really going on. Holmes agrees to let Hannah infiltrate the sect to gather as much information as possible, but Watson is against it. He fears for her safety. And he is not far from the truth – Sir Philip is indeed striving to perfect society through classical ideals and will stop at nothing to achieve it...
