Description
This is the story of ten-year-old Stela and a major dog race that takes her family from Osmihorky to Alaska. Stela lives with her father and her grandfather Balthazar in the mountains. Although she is a great admirer of Jack London, she has no idea that she will soon visit the land of the gold rush herself. Her father is a musher who decides to conquer the most dangerous racing route in the world with his team. Stela’s account of her family, both human and canine, is intended for children aged seven and above and for all adventurous spirits. The book is in Czech.
