Description
This Czech-language young adult novel, the sequel to the bestselling novel A Thousand Kisses, follows two broken hearts on a journey towards healing. After losing her beloved sister, Savanna Litchfield lives only half a life. When her psychologist suggests that she join a round-the-world trip for grieving teenagers, she agrees and takes along her sister’s diary, which she has never read. Seventeen-year-old Cael Woods is consumed by anger. After the death of his older brother, his life begins to spiral out of control. Once one of the most promising junior-league hockey players, he can no longer even set foot on the ice. His parents arrange for him to travel abroad, but he has no desire to go. As Savanna and Cael search for comfort in each other, their wounds slowly begin to heal, and a love neither of them dared to hope for seems to grow between them. Recommended for readers aged 15 and over.
