Description
That Was Our House is a horror thriller in which reality slowly crumbles under the pressure of an unwelcome past. The story follows a newly engaged couple who have just bought an old house in a small town. Their idyll is quickly disrupted when a family appears at their door, claiming they used to live in the house – and behaving as if they want to return. What began as an unpleasant misunderstanding gradually transforms into a terrifying psychological battle over what is real and what is hallucination, who has the right to this home – and who will survive. The book, based on a viral Reddit post and adapted by Netflix, promises tension, a suffocating atmosphere, and a chilling look at the boundary between normality and madness.
