Description
At the Texas annual fair, amidst the rides and bustling crowd, children's book author Elle Portman enjoys a special evening with her favorite cowboy: her two-year-old son Charlie. However, just as they are about to head home, gunshots suddenly ring out. Panic ensues. Among the chaos is Calder Hudson, an arrogant and self-centered corporate consultant. When Calder wakes up in the hospital to find he has sustained a gunshot wound to the arm, he is determined to seek justice. By chance, he runs into Elle at the police station, who has the same plan.
