Description
When the head of a steel company is found dead in his burning BMW in a field near Uppsala, the police quickly close the case as a tragic accident. However, another case soon emerges that bears many similarities to the first, and Inspector Eva Nyman receives a letter detailing another attack that is yet to come. The investigator begins to suspect that the two deaths are connected and that the attacker is likely motivated by a fight for environmental protection. Leading the Nova investigation team, Nyman sets out not only in pursuit of the mysterious murderer but also on a journey into a past she thought was closed.
