Description

The year is 1940. The Second World War rages on, and Britain is preparing to fight Nazi Germany. A special cryptographic unit is established at Bletchley Park, where the brightest minds learn to decipher secret information from enemy forces. Energetic Osla, a girl from a good family, is beautiful and wealthy, and seemingly lacks nothing. Deep down, however, she longs to prove her abilities and intelligence. In contrast, the stubborn Mab comes from a poor London neighborhood and primarily desires to find a advantageous marriage. Households near Bletchley Park that have spare rooms are required by government order to accommodate employees of the cryptographic unit, and thus these two seemingly different girls find themselves in the same room. They became friends while working together, but a small quarrel was enough to end their friendship. Several years pass, it is now 1947, and a wedding between Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip is being prepared in Britain. Beth lives imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital, as she is allegedly 'broken down.' In reality, she has been unjustly accused and knows a dark secret – that there was a traitor at Bletchley Park. And it was that person who ensured she was 'cleaned up' and sent to the institution. There are only two people in the world whom Beth trusts enough to turn to for help...
