Description
It is the year 1310 and the young John of Luxembourg arrives in Bohemia to take over the rule. The country is divided. On one side are the supporters of the weak Henry of Carinthia, on the other side are the supporters of John of Luxembourg, husband of Elizabeth of Přemysl. High on the chessboard stands Henry of Lipá and Eliška Rejčka, the royal widow and his mistress. There is also Peter I of Rosenberg, the most powerful nobleman of South Bohemia. However, the true heroes of this story are rather those about whom the chronicles mostly remain silent. Those whose lives have fallen into oblivion, whose homes and strongholds have crumbled to dust, and today no one remembers where they were located...
