Description
Prague, 1929. Thirty-year-old inspector František Chlubný, a former Italian legionnaire and gendarme, works at the police headquarters in the murder department. He investigates a murder alongside fifteen years older inspector Michal Prokeš, who also fought on the Italian front during the Great War, but on the opposite side, in the ranks of the Austro-Hungarian army. The investigation into the murder initially points to some sort of unconventional love entanglement, and the fact that the victim was a former Russian legionnaire seems like mere coincidence.
